90-Day Guarantee
The one-time YouTube Monetization service ($550) is covered by a 90-day guarantee. If the channel does not reach the YouTube Partner Program thresholds (1,000 subscribers and 4,000 watch hours) within 90 days of service activation, and you met the conditions in section 5.1 of our Terms of Service, you may request a full refund. YouTube makes the final approval decision for the Partner Program.
How to Request a Refund
Email thesource@buildabrand.agency with the name and email used at purchase and the date of your order. You can also call +1 (347) 248-9743.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Subscriptions
Monthly services (such as the AI x Human Video Editor plans) can be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no refunds are given for partial periods. Custom work priced in a written proposal follows the refund terms in that proposal.
